When real estate developers AJJ Holding Group needed a new website to showcase its stunning new Ochre Ashfield townhouse development, it turned to Keen To Design. We recognised straight away that this elegantly designed collective of thirteen townhouses in Ashfield needed a website that was likewise sophisticated and understated, while retaining an eye-catching visual appeal that complemented the chic, zen-like new dwellings. 

To start, we utilized a scroll parallax fade-in effect on the home page. Scrolling down the page reveals hidden content that builds on the content above. Combined with a gradient bronze, orange and black colour scheme against an off-white background, this approach puts the focus on the dynamic imagery and evokes an immediate response to these appealing pictures of home interiors and exterior facades. 

The content of the page is strictly focused on this development, from a general introduction to the overall design aesthetic to directions, all leading to a contact form where interested home shoppers may request additional information.
